This week we had an oral presentation. My group exposed about Theories of language, referring to two main theories: Skinner's theory of language, and Chomsky's theory of language. There were many presentation, same very funny like the Misunderstanding ones, that made an representation of the misunderstanding of cultures.
Also this week we learn the main ways of studying literature, for example the Scientific determinism (Literature= Science ), New criticism (only care about the text), and the Reader Response (the reader's interpretation is important). The one I like the most was the New criticism, because you didn't need to consider other factors like the life of the author ore the socio-economic statue of the author.
